Return and Refund Policy

At Divyncia, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at help@divyncia.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
Need a different style or color? We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is processed. This helps ensure quicker service and availability.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at help@divyncia.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it’s already in transit, you’ll need to follow the regular return process once it arrives.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.
